I am a teacher of the spiritual and physical. I write. I long for adventure in the great wide somewhere (Beauty and the Beast reference because I am a nerd). <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Learning brings me joy and teaching what I have learned brings me even greater joy.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Joy through growth, healing, and connection to the Divine is the purpose that drives me.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Yoga teacher training was the space in which I learned I was a teacher. I love connecting our physical body to the mental, emotional, and sometimes even the spiritual parts of the self. In connecting these dimensions we have a healthier existence. I believe a healthier existence sets us up for a happier one too.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I grew up in love with the writings of C.S. Lewis, Tolkien, and A. W. Tozer dreaming that I too could be a writer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

One need not dream if they are willing to do. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Therefore I am a writer now that I give myself the space to write. All my writings contain within them something I wish for you to learn\u2013all for the sake of increased joy. Nevertheless, it is up to you to notice, apply, and then remember. Let us increase in power and love together.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

One more important fact about me: I am a Christian. To me that means that I have an intentional, ever increasing connection to the Divine God, Jesus. Learning to listen to Him, feel known by Him, and to come to know who He is through conversation with the Spirit is something I can lead you to, but not teach (by this I mean there are no sequential steps or rituals to be given). Only the Spirit is the true teacher in this regard. If you would like to talk about this, feel free to message me.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
